HOPE IS COMING!
And, here are the details for the collection release!
Read on if you’re hoping to snag a piece from the Hope Collection.
DATE and TIME
Sunday, May 24, 11:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time
WEB SITE LOCATION
All pieces from the Hope Collection will be listed in one central location so you don’t have to navigation from one category to another. This will save you time and frustration, making it easier and faster to find the pieces you’re looking for.
There will be several ways to find the Hope Collection on the web site.
1. Click on the Hope image link at the top of the home page
2. Click the link provided in the release email or on social media
3. Navigate using the drop down menu: Shop> Collections> Hope Collection
COLLECTION PREVIEW
All pieces in the collection will be available for preview ahead of time on Instagram and Facebook. If you have any questions about any pieces before the launch don’t hesitate to ask.
ONE OF A KIND
All necklaces, rings, and pins are one of a kind and there will only be one of each available at the time of the release.
MADE TO ORDER
All earrings are Made To Order. There will be only 6 available in each style. If you’re unfamiliar with Made To Order jewelry, read this blog post for a full explanation of how it works so you understand the process before you purchase.
This is the first time I’ve offered Made To Order. While I anticipate it running smoothly I need to make sure the quantity and production timeline works so I am limiting the number of pieces in each style. This also ensures I have enough supplies on hand since some supplies and supply chains are uncertain right now during the pandemic.
NO HOLDS & NO PRE-ORDERS
To make it fair for everyone there will be no pre-orders, holds, or special requests for any of the pieces. Everyone gets the same chance at the same time to purchase.
BE PREPARED
If you have your heart set on a particular piece then here are a few hints to increase your chances.
1. Create an account at Twilight Luxe ahead of time. Log in prior to the release so you’ll be ready to check out and submit your order without having to spend time entering all your information.
2. Have your credit card handy and/or log in to Paypal ahead of time.
3. Purchase that coveted item immediately. If you’ve put it in your cart and continue to shop that item is still available for someone else to purchase.
4. Once you’ve purchased that item then return for anything else you may want and make another purchase. I will be happy to combine orders and refund any shipping over charges.
SET A REMINDER
I’ll be sending out an email reminder and posting on social media when the collection release goes live, but it’s also a good idea to set an alarm or reminder so you don’t forget!
