Custom Jewelry
Custom work is a piece of jewelry created specifically for you. It may be a piece based off an existing design that I have already created or it may be an idea that you have and would like me to create for you. Having a piece of jewelry custom made is a chance to work closely with me and be a part of the process. I include you in every step from design, fabrication, finishing, and delivery of the finished piece. Custom orders take a considerable amount of time to complete due to the design process and communication with you. I also take extra care to ensure that the end result matches your vision and the final design agreed upon.
Design Options
Clients often provide me with inspiration photos or a rough sketch of their idea. Don't worry if you don't know how to draw! It's not mandatory and that's what I'm here for! Together through your images, our conversations, and my artistic skills, I will interpret your idea and create a sketch that brings your idea to life so you can envision the finished piece!
Materials
Together we'll choose the materials best suited for your project and lifestyle. Decisions regarding metal, gemstones, chains, findings, and finish will be discussed.
Timeline
Custom pieces usually take between 4–8 weeks to complete once fabrication begins. I'll work with you through every step of the process. Sometimes there are decisions to be made along the way so staying in touch and responding in a timely manner will ensure your piece gets finished on time.
Deposits and Payments
Custom pieces require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work can begin. The balance is due once work is complete. Orders will not ship until full payment has been received. Due to the personalized nature of custom work there are no refunds or returns.

Guarantee
My work is guaranteed. If a piece fails due to my craftsmanship I will repair it at no cost to you. Damage due to normal wear & tear or abuse is not included.
