If you’re thinking of ordering a piece of Made To Order jewelry from Twilight Luxe then here are some answers to satisfy your curiosity!
WHAT IS MADE TO ORDER JEWELRY?
Made to Order items are pieces of jewelry based on a design I’ve created and fabricated at least once. Made To Order items aren’t kept in stock nor are they ready to ship. They get created just for you after you place your order.
I strive to recreate each piece as close to the original as possible as seen in the images, however, Made To Order jewelry will differ ever-so-slightly from the images due to its handcrafted nature. I’m a human, not a machine. Therefore, each piece is completely made with my two hands and simple hand tools. Appreciate and embrace the human touch and unique character of my work.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once I receive an order for a Made to Order item that piece then goes into production. It gets put on the production schedule, fabricated, finished, and shipped within the time frame stated in the listing.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Made To Order items usually take somewhere between 2 to 4 weeks to fabricate. The amount of time I need to fabricate a piece will vary depending on the simplicity or complexity of the design. The production timeline will be clearly indicated in the listing.
If any changes should occur to the schedule I’ll be sure to keep you in the loop!
WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
After the piece is finished it will be shipped to you immediately. If you need a piece by a specific date, plan accordingly and plan ahead! I don’t accept rush orders at this time.
If your order contains multiple pieces—including any ready to ship items—your entire order will ship together after your Made To Order jewelry is complete.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
- Made To Order items are paid in full at the time you place the order.
- Options may—but not necessarily—include stone choices, chain lengths, sizes, and finish.
- Design changes can’t be requested or accommodated for Made To Order items.
- Some Made To Order items may have a limited quantity or availability.
- In most cases, there are no refunds available because this piece is being made specifically for you.
- Not all jewelry pieces I create are Made To Order items. Many are unique and one of a kind and won’t be duplicated.
