WEB SITE LOCATION
All pieces from the Renewed Hope Collection will be listed in one central location so you don’t have to navigate from one category to another. This will save you time and frustration, making it easier and faster to find the pieces you’re looking for.
There will be several ways to find the Renewed Hope Collection on the web site.
1. Once the collection goes live, click on the Renewed Hope image near the top of the home page
2. Click the link provided in the release email or posted on social media
3. Navigate using the drop down menu: Shop> Collections> Renewed Hope
COLLECTION PREVIEW
All pieces in the collection will be available for preview ahead of time on Instagram and Facebook. If you have any questions about any pieces before the launch don’t hesitate to ask.
ONE OF A KIND
Most pieces are one of a kind and there will be only one of each available at the time of the release.
MADE TO YOUR SIZE
Hoping to snag a ring?
There will be three rings available all in the same design. You specify the size and the shank will be made to fit you. It will take a few days to complete and will ship early the following week in time for the holidays.
There will be a drop-down list to choose your ring size before adding to cart. If you don’t know your ring size, choose a size that you think is close and add a note at check out or immediately reply to your order email letting me know you need help with sizing. Once you’ve received your ring if it doesn’t fit due to an error on your part there will be a fee for resizing as well as additional shipping charges.
So, don’t guess! Let me help you with sizing so you get it right the first time!
READY TO SHIP
All pieces are ready to ship immediately and packaged for gift giving! Rings will ship early the following week after the shanks are complete. Priority Mail is highly suggested due to volume and delays in shipping during this unprecedented time. Once the package leaves my studio its in the hands of USPS to get it to you on time.
NO HOLDS & NO PRE-ORDERS
To make it fair for everyone there will be no pre-orders, holds, or special requests for any of the pieces. Everyone gets the same chance at the same time to purchase.
BE PREPARED
If you have your heart set on a particular piece then here are a few hints to increase your chances.
1. Create an account at twilightluxe.com ahead of time. Log in prior to the release so you’ll be ready to check out and submit your order without having to spend time entering all your information.
2. Have your credit card handy and/or Paypal login password ready ahead of time.
3. Purchase that coveted item immediately. If you’ve put it in your cart and continue to shop that item is still available for someone else to purchase until you’ve checked out and paid for the item!
4. Once you’ve purchased that item then return for anything else you may want and make another purchase. I will be happy to combine orders and refund any shipping over charges.
SET A REMINDER
I’ll be sending out an email reminder and posting on social media when the collection goes live, but it’s also a good idea to set an alarm or reminder so you don’t forget!
TECHNICAL HICCUPS
The web site had major technical issues and crashed during the original Hope Collection release! I’ve changed up a few things to ensure that doesn’t happen again… fingers crossed! However, if you’re having problems or getting errors keep refreshing your browser window. That worked for most people the last time until traffic slowed after the initial rush.
